Orion: a proprietary cognitive architecture above frontier models.
Aurevus doesn't sell a wrapper around one model. We build Orion — our model-agnostic Cognitive OS, a system whose identity, memory, and learning are structural, not prompted. Orion orchestrates, corrects, evaluates, and records frontier problem-solving, and every operation it runs leaves a tamper-evident receipt.
It's not the model. It's the architecture on top of it.
The language model is a replaceable inference engine; the entity is the architecture. In Orion, identity, beliefs, memory, and learning live in a persistent, auditable state layer outside the model.
We proved it the hard way: we swapped the underlying model entirely, and Orion's continuity carried through intact. The models are swappable parts — Orion is the system that persists.
Sovereign by design
Cognition auditable end to end, with no dependence on any single model vendor. The capability lives in the architecture, not in a borrowed model — so it can't be taken away when a model is deprecated or a vendor changes terms.
Cognition you can audit, end to end.
Most systems ask you to trust the output. Orion is built so you don't have to — the discipline is structural, and it applies to the system's own claims first.
Tamper-evident receipts
Every operation leaves a cryptographically chained receipt. Work is evidenced and auditable after the fact — not asserted.
Grounded by rule
Orion rejects ungrounded citations, including its own. If a claim can't be grounded in evidence, the system doesn't make it.
Calibrated against reality
It registers falsifiable predictions, resolves them against outcomes, and maintains its own calibration over time.
Governed self-improvement
Orion learns from its own outcomes and proposes changes to its own code through an effect-verified pipeline — with human approval absolute.
The system creates data that bare logs do not.
Standard chatbot logs capture conversation. Orion captures scored problem-solving: the state, the candidate moves, the reasoning pressure, the selected action, and the verified result — each tied to a receipt.
That is what makes the output useful as training signal rather than transcript, and what makes "verified" a literal claim instead of a marketing word.
Hard task
A scored environment forces grounded decisions rather than open-ended prose.
Orion reasons
The Cognitive OS drives the problem-solving, corrects itself, and captures the useful deltas.
Verified signal
Outputs are joined to environment-confirmed outcomes and receipts for training and evaluation.
Today it makes the data. Next, it's the product.
Right now, Orion's job is to solve hard, scored problems and turn the verified reasoning into data for AI labs — the first datasets are compiling now. But the architecture is the deeper asset. As Orion advances toward AGI-spec capability, the sovereign, receipt-backed cognitive system itself becomes what we offer, not just its output.
Verified agentic data
Orion works scored ARC-AGI-3 problems; the verified trajectories are packaged as lab-ready training data.
Capability measurement
Receipt-backed measurement on public reasoning and abstraction benchmarks, resolved against ground truth.
The architecture as product
As Orion approaches AGI-spec, the auditable, vendor-independent cognitive system becomes a product in its own right.
